Politique d'annulation

BOOKING POLICIES: All cancellations or rescheduling must be made aware of at least 24 HOURS before all appointments.  ​ PAYMENT DETAILS REQUIRED: You’ll be asked to add your payment details for this booking. You won’t be charged now, but we need it on file for any future charges for this order. A 50% fee is required for a late cancellation (less than 24 hours).  RESCHEDULING: If you wish to reschedule, 24 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment. You may reschedule your appointment one time before the cancellation fee will be charged. Please read the FAQ section before booking. If you arrive at your appointment with a conflicting issue for the procedure, the appointment will be canceled. If you wish to reschedule, the appointment MUST already be rescheduled BEFORE the 24-hour mark prior to the original appointment. If we do not have a new date already set and scheduled by 24 hours prior to the original appointment time, the the appointment will be canceled. You will have to put down another new appointment. All rescheduled appointments will be rescheduled at the current pricing on the rescheduled appointment date. NO SHOWS: If you do not show up to your appointment and no notice is given, you will be charged 100% of the appointment.  You will pay accordingly to the amount the procedure is when booked.  ARRIVING LATE: I understand that things can happen but unfortunately, if you arrive late for your appointment more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee full satisfaction of your results, over 20mins with no notice given your appointment will be canceled and the no show fee will be charged. If you would like to reschedule, it is same with late cancellation. Please plan your schedule accordingly to make it to the appointment on time.
